You’re a niche business, focused on eCommerce, SaaS, or eLearning. You already have a loyal base of customers, and want to find more people just like them. You might be a solopreneur, or have a an experienced team in place.
scalable
There’s opportunity in your vertical. You’re riding a trend that is likely to result in an expanding market within the next 24 months. All you need is a helping hand that has the marketing capability to exploit the upside.
DOES YOUR BUSINESS FIT THE BILL?
When it comes to acquiring businesses, we typically look for:
6 months to 2 years years of operating history
Profitability is highly desirable.
A simple business model, with few reliances to outside stakeholders such as government.
An expanding market, with double-digit growth expected within 24 months.
A defensible moat, realised either through technology or exclusive supplier relationships.
Businesses where performance marketing is not a core competency, and may currently be outsourced.
We like simple digital businesses that don’t require an army of people to run efficiently. We pay particular attention to brands built around a loyal customer base or a passionate community. If it sounds like a good fit, get in touch.
